■ Media we buy

・Video games: PC games and games for all home console and portable systems
・Audio: CDs, cassette tapes, vinyl records, MDs
・Video: DVDs, Blu-rays, laser disks, VHS, VHD, VCD, Betamax, UMD (PSP)
(anime and game related only)

■ Promotional/Not-for-sale copies (video games, CDs, etc.)

We will buy them at our standard posted price.

■ Rental CDs, DVDs, etc.

■ Sealed items

Sealed items are considered second-hand items, and may be opened if necessary to confirm the contents.

■ Graded items

We will buy them at our standard posted price.

■ Regions

We only buy Japanese region.

Video Game Specific FAQ

■ Demo discs

We will buy demo discs. If they aren't listed individually, then we can buy them as a bulk item.

■ Hardware

We generally don't buy consoles, handhelds, or peripherals. However, we do buy some versions of games that include pack-in peripherals or other hardware. We will accept hardware at no cost.

■ Online only games and PC games that require an account to play

If the game has already been registered or is no longer in service, we will still buy it at our bulk rate provided you still have the disc, etc.

Audio Media Specific FAQ

■ Preview disks, bonus disks, and other promotional items

We will buy them.

Appraisal Standards

・Prices depend on condition.
・Conditions are defined as follows.
　・Condition A：May have wear, dirt, or damage that does not affect the expected resale price (No deduction)
　・Condition B：Has noticeable wear that requires a lower resale price (Estimated buyback price deduction: 40% to 70%)
　・Condition C：Has significant wear or is missing parts, requiring a significant reduction in the resale price or making the product unsellable by itself (Estimated buyback price deduction: 70% to 100%)

■ Cases

Products without cases are handled as Condition C. If we receive a large quantity of items without cases, we may assess them at a flat rate.

■ Case condition

・Generic cases are not evaluated (cracks, etc., have no affect on the buyback price)
・Specialized cases (Digipak or cases with unique designs) are subject to evaluation

■ Booklets and manuals

We don't buy booklets and manuals by themselves.

■ Spinecards, registration cards, etc.

These are not considered in the appraisal.

■ Outer boxes, slipcases, cardboard sleeves, etc.

Are subject to appraisal if their condition affects the resale price.

■ Bonus items (stickers, cards, figures, etc.)

Are subject to appraisal if their condition affects the resale price.

■ Rental items

CD: Rental CDs are handled as Condition C. If we receive a large quantity of rental CDs, we may assess them at a flat rate.
DVD: We don't buy rental DVDs.
VHS: We don't buy rental VHS tapes.

Examples of wear/damage that affect buyback prices

・Faded colors, tears, creases, stains, scratches, cracks, water damage, writing, etc.
・Dirt, mold, etc.
・Missing or incorrect case, booklet, etc.
・Residue from stickers, glue, etc.
・Odors (cigarettes, smoke, mold, etc.)
